奇景！魁省公寓因租户关闭暖气 变成“冰雪城堡”

位于魁省三河市的一套公寓，因一名租户离家后关闭暖气而变成了 “ 冰雪城堡 ” 。
严寒的冬季天气导致水管爆裂，水和冰涌入屋内。
该建筑的所有者 Logispro Mauricie 公司的诺尔特（ Jacques Nault ）说，屋内天花板里、墙壁里，到处都是水。他说由于肯定会发霉，因此将会拆除并根据保险范围进行重建。 ”

诺尔特说自己从未见过如此极端的情况。他感叹说，由于生活成本不断上涨，一些租户为了省电，会在外出度假不在家时关闭暖气。
他指出，人们必须正确供暖，才能避免冬季水管冻结。
这座 “ 冰雪城堡 ” 的前租户已经几个月没住在那里了，而且也不再支付租金。
他于 1 月 5 日星期一被正式驱逐。
诺尔特解释说，这栋房子是三户联排别墅 (triplex) 中的一户，另外两户公寓幸好没有受到影响。
