加拿大环境与气候变化部 (ECCC) 向大蒙特利尔地区已发布 雪飑 预警，该机构表示，周一 (19 日 ) 晚间强降雪可能导致 “ 能见度接近零 ” 和 “ 道路状况恶劣 ” 。
雪飑（ Snow Squall ）是一种突发且剧烈的冬季天气现象，其特点是短时、高强度的降雪，并伴有强风。
ECCC 指出， “ 阵风风速可达每小时 70 公里，局部地区可能出现吹雪。 ” “ 出门时请准备可能迅速变化和恶化的环境。 ”
预计周一最低气温将达到摄氏零下 12 度，夜间体感温度将降至零下 22 度。
预测周二阳光将再次穿透云层。
