酷热难耐 魁省公立养老院仍有这么多房间没有空调

魁北克退休人员协会(AQRP)的数据显示，公立养老院(CHSLD)的空调房间数量尽管在持续增加，但仍然有很大比例的单位没有空调。
AQRP 周一(20日)发布的数据显示，直至2023 年，近60%的 CHSLD住客可以使用空调房间。
与 2022 年相比，相关比例上升了2.3个百分点。至于在过去 10 年，空调房间的比例从8% 上升到59%。
AQRP主席罗伊(Paul-René Roy)表示，这意味CHSLD仍然有约 40% 的房间缺乏空调。
他在报告中说：“在最近极端炎热时期，这给行动不便的老年住客带来了问题，因为即使有装有空调的公共空间，他们要前往也是非常困难。”
CIUSSS 空调房间比例最低的是蒙特利尔岛中西区，为18.5%。位居头三位的分别是Montérégie、Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean及Îles-de-la-Madeleine。
罗伊认为，魁北克需要制定一项“全面计划”，最终为所有房间配备空调，特别是在气候变化的背景下。
“专家们表示，热浪将会更加频繁，而且可能更加难以承受，”他说。
