蒙特利尔新增24小时热线接受停车位投诉

蒙特利尔流动交通局 (Agence deMobilité) 开设 一条新的全天候电话热线接受所有停车投诉。
在这之前 ，无论是停在公共汽车专道，自行车径或是任何其他停车位问题，均要致电 911 向警方投诉。
但是大家现在可以致电 514-868-3737 给流动交通局的 “ 客户关系中心 ” ，以寻求相关停车位的帮助。该机构的网站解释说，他们的 巡逻 员将帮助预防问题并为驾驶者提供协助。
该机构报告说，在过去的一年中，他们增加了对自行车 径 和预留车道的监察，以改善交通流量和安全性。
从 2023 年 1 月 1 日至 4 月 30 日，他们共发出 742 张有关把车停在自行车专用道上的罚单，远超去年同期的 459 张。
当收费表或停车应用程序出现问题时，他们也将提供协助。
由于热线仍在启用初期，当局呼吁大家致电时可能要耐心等候。
蒙特利尔警察每年收到超过 10 万个与停车相关的投诉，因此要借助新的热线电话来满足需求。
