人力资源持牌顾问工会的年度薪资预测调查，魁人有望在2023年得到薪资平均增长4.4%。
今年预测的加薪幅度超出2022年的实际增长 (4%)，也高于加拿大2023年的整体薪资增幅 (4.1%)。
工会的执行董事Manon Poirier表示：“尽管经济增长放缓，但劳动力短缺问题依然存在，显然继续推高所有行业的工资。”
加拿大统计局上周公布的最新数据显示，魁省去年 12月有超过194,000个职位空缺。尽管数字比前一个月（196,000个）相比有所下降，但魁省仍然是失业人数与职位空缺比率最低的省份（每个职位空缺有0.9个失业人数）。
