蒙特利尔新设立护士诊所 缓解急诊室压力

蒙特利尔东区的一家新诊所周四（1日）启用，它的工作人员完全由自愿加班工作的执业护士组成，希望能减轻附近急诊室的压力。
全新的 CLSC Olivier Guimond诊所位于蒙特利尔Sherbrooke 街东5810号，其经理Isabelle Besner-Leduc说诊所几年前便应该要开业了。
当诊所完全运行时，可望有助于减轻附近的Santa Cabrini 和 Masionneuve-Rosemont 医院急诊室的压力。该两家医院急诊室周四的使用率都在150%左右。
然而，卫生官员们表示急诊室中有很大部分病人其实只需要到诊所就医。
要成为 Olivier Guimond 的病人，首先需要由分诊护士或热线811转介到诊所。
CIUSSS de l’Est-de-l’Ile-de-Montreal的护理主任 Lina Spagnolo 说，诊室内的执业护士有诊断疾病的能力，并可以转介病人接受超声波等测试。
目前，该诊所的所有护士都是自愿加班，并计划在未来几周聘请3名全职护士。
另外两家类似Olivier Guimond的诊所将在其他地区开设：一家在Verdun，另一家在Notre-Dame医院附近。
