受电脑升级影响 魁北克汽车保险局多项服务暂停

为了提供更方便使用和安全的在线服务，魁北克汽车保险局 (SAAQ)正在进行网站IT转型，迫使多项服务自上周四以来暂停。
由于转型预料持续到 2 月 20 日。以致一些服务到2月19日前要暂停，其中包括无法登记任何车辆、暂停办理冬季轮胎免检证服务，暂停办理车辆存放、报废服务。
需要更换或更新医疗保险卡的魁人要到 2 月 20 日才能在 SAAQ 办理。因此，大家在这之前必须联系魁北克医疗保险局 (RAMQ)。
释放车辆扣押的申请不会在 2 月 20 日之前得到处理。如果申请者不能等到该日期，便应联系魁北克法院。
若是购买车辆，经销商将颁发交易证明，允许车辆在 2 月 20 日之前在服务点进行登记，以便取得临时注册。
另一方面，有些必要性服务将在过渡期间得到保留，包括更换丢失或被盗的驾驶执照、车牌考试、车辆机械检查以及技术专业知识。
SAAQ 承诺到了2 月 20 日，魁北克人将能够在线获得新的和更好的服务。在此之前，当局必须转移超过 100 亿个数据集，但服务中心仍然开放。
