加拿大华裔移民遭女童党刺死案 遗属促公开疑犯身份

来自香港的移民Ken Lee在2022年12月18日于多伦多被8名少女围殴刺伤，送院证实不治。他的家人周四(20日)首度就凶案发声， 呼 吁公开施袭者身份，让公众能保护自己、让更多为她们所害的人及目击者挺身而出，让警方得到更多证据。
59岁无家者Ken Lee在2022年12月18日于多伦多一所露宿者中心附近被8名少女围殴刺伤，最终不治。警方称，事发时她们偷走Ken Lee朋友的酒，他出手阻止，才被众人围殴。
警方其后在附近拘捕8名涉案女疑犯，她们现年13至16岁不等，全被控二级谋杀罪。其中一人12月获准保释，另有2人举行保释听证会。
Ken Lee的姻亲Eric Shum代表家人发布的声明，质疑加拿大青少年刑事审判法对那些肇事者身份保密的规定。
青少年刑事审判法规定，媒体欲取阅法庭档案，须向青少年法庭提出要求。迄今媒体仍未能取得相关资料。外界预计法庭1月17日前对申请做出决定，但迄今为止未有结果。
