蒙特利尔骄傲游行临时取消 市长要求展开独立调查

蒙特利尔市长普兰特（ Valerie Plante ）在周一（ 8 日）与骄傲节组织者会面后，要求对周日突然取消骄傲游行的决定进行独立调查。
市长办公室周一晚说要求进行调查，除了要重获蒙特利尔市民的信任，并更多地了解在最后一刻决定取消的原因。
主办方在骄傲游行开始前几个小时突然宣布取消，人们担心会损害蒙市的声誉。
主办组织负责人加马切（ Simon Gamache ）周日表示，游行不得不取消，是因为没有足够的志愿者来确保游行在安全的情况下进行。
主办方已经成立了一个内部委员会进行调查，但拒绝了媒体采访的要求。
骄傲节的活动分别得到蒙特利尔市 60 万元和魁省政府逾 110 万元的资助，除了游行外，节日还包括音乐会和其他活动。
尽管其他活动能够如期举行，但因为疫情大已经停办两年的骄傲游行，这次的临时取消不仅让游客失望，而且对蒙特利尔同性恋村的商户也造成巨大打击。
