春季融雪＋大雨 蒙特利尔发布洪水警报

由于春季冰雪融化及预计有大雨，蒙特利尔市政府周日(16日)发新闻稿说，预计水位将在未来48小时内上升。
加拿大环境部发布了降雨警告，预报从周一晚上开始有15到25毫米的降雨。
蒙市表示，根据天气预测，一些地区和城市可能面临洪水泛滥，尤其是Deux Montagnes、lac Saint-Louis及rivière des Prairies有着更大的风险。
蒙市因此已经进入特殊洪水应对计划 (SFP) 的“警报模式”，并表示将根据需要部署资源。
蒙特利尔市执行委员会公共安全负责人瓦扬库尔(Alain Vaillancourt)，敦促在高危地区的居民要做好应对准备。
瓦扬库说：“Rivière des Prairies的许多蒙特利尔居民每年这个时候都要面临很大压力，我们将会尽力提供支援。我们已准备好部署必要的人力、物力和财力来应对可能发生的任何洪水。”
