魁北克渡假房屋依然抢手 成交价高达430万元

Mont-Tremblant的豪华渡假房屋及Outremont 的豪华公寓、这两起交易在魁北克房地产市场近期引起关注。
在Mont-Tremblant，一名为多伦多一家大公司工作的蒙特利尔人刚刚进行了一笔大采购。
Bernard Anzarouth夫妇斥资430万元在Desmarais湖买了一套四卧室房子（图）。该屋的标价为 450万元。
负责此次销售的经纪人说，Desmarais湖靠近老村庄和滑雪胜地，是加拿大其中一个需求量最大的渡假屋市场。
主要定居在Westmount的买家Anzarouth，是Constellation软件公司的高级管理人员。
另外一起引起关注的房市交易是在蒙特利尔，从纽约返回魁省定居的魁北克水电局(Hydro-Québec)新任董事会主席Manon Brouillette，刚刚以 320 万元在Outremont购买了一套公寓。
大约三年前，Brouillette因为要到纽约履职，当时以430万元出售他们之前在Outremont的居所。
