魁省公共卫生部敦促老人接种新冠和流感疫苗

魁北克的公共卫生部主任呼吁老人，特别是 70 岁以上的人，接种新冠和流感疫苗。
魁省每天录得数百名因新冠病毒而住院及每周约 50 起相关死亡病例，布洛瓦医生 (Dr. Luc Boileau) 在周三的新闻发布会上表示，公共卫生部预计病例在未来两到三周内将增加，因为感染人数从 9 月和 10 月开始激增。
布洛瓦医生说，大流行也许已经过去，但病毒仍在传播，而且正在活跃传播。他表示数十万名老人尚未登记接种最新疫苗。
他还建议孕妇接种流感疫苗以保护自己和孩子，魁人可以通过 Clicsanté 预约接种。
自今年秋季流感和 COVID-19 免疫运动开始以来，已有超过 100 万人接种疫苗，其中包括居住在养老院 (CHSLDs) 的六成人。他说： “ 如果大家不保护自己，我们就有可能给医疗系统带来负担，我们不希望发生这种情况。 ”
