魁北克省试数学科成绩欠佳 教育部降低及格门槛

受疫情影响停止了两年的魁北克省试(épreuves ministérielles)于去年6月恢复举行，据报数学科由于有太多学生的分数过低，教育部唯有降低及格分数至55%。
数据显示，与 2019 年 6 月的成绩相比，有八成学校服务中心的中四数学测试及格率均见下降。有部份地区更只有半数学生取得及格。
然而，经过教育部分析考试成绩后降低了及格门槛，从而提高了及格率。
据悉教育部将及格门槛下调了五个百分点。意味学生若取得 55% 的成绩便能够及格。
法例规定，教育部若发现考试过于困难，有权调整及格水平。
教育部强调这次的调整只涉及省试的成绩，而不涉及学生在该科目的最终成绩（包括校内成绩）。
教育工作者联合会 (FSE-CSQ) 抨击教育部的做法欠缺透明度，要求他们解释下调及格门槛的原因。
早前亦有报导称几乎所有学校中心的中五写作科及格率出现下降。
