蒙特利尔明年2月迎来第六个SAAQ服务中心

魁北克交通部长吉尔伯特(Genevieve Guilbault)周二(14日)宣布，蒙特利尔东区将设立一个新的魁北克汽车保险局（SAAQ）服务点。
蒙市第六个SAAQ服务点将于2024年2月在Place Versailles商场启用。
SAAQclic在线网站推出后，SAAQ服务一直经历着延误的问题，导致了损失4千万元。
SAAQ主席兼首席执行官杜查姆(Eric Ducharme)表示：“我们今天宣布新的服务点，可以将Henri-Bourrassa、Langelier、Dorval和Longueuil等办事处的预约移至这里，留出更多空间进行考试。”
吉尔伯特表示，Place Versailles 服务点将使SAAQ有能力接纳现时两倍的预约，特别是对于魁北克的新移民。她说：“由于整个在线服务转型，这一年我们面临了很多动荡和挑战。
虽然不能说一切问题都解决了，但最糟糕的时期应该已经过去。 SAAQ负责管理魁北克的无过失汽车保险制度，并且由于有盈余，驾驶执照费用将再次降低。明年，对于没有任何扣分的驾驶者来说，类别五（乘用车）驾照的费用将从标准的127元降低到25.50元。
SAAQ还计划在五年内投资4,400万元用于道路安全项目，并投资5,200万元来改善保险覆盖范围。
那些2024年驾照照片和医疗保健卡照片到期的魁北克居民将无需重新拍照，因为魁北克将再次延长他们的续期截止日期。
