魁北克 5 家公司入圍福布斯 “全球最佳雇主”榜单

《福布斯》杂志近日发布了“2022年全球最佳雇主榜单”（The World's Best Employers 2022），其中5家总部设在魁北克的企业入围。
今年是《福布斯》第6次与市场研究公司Statista合作编制世界最佳雇主排名。 Statista调查了来自57个国家的15万名在跨国公司和机构工作的全职和兼职员工，以确定哪些雇主在企业影响和形象、人才发展、性别平等和社会责任方面表现出色，最终评选出800家总评分最高的企业入选。福布斯表示，受访员工普遍认为，除了更高的薪水、更好的福利和晋升机会以及工作与生活的平衡之外，目标导向的工作是他们关心的头等大事。
23家加拿大公司进入榜单，其中包括5家总部位于魁北克的公司。
总体而言，银行业似乎是魁人应该追求入职的行业。
福布斯榜单上的5家魁北克公司分别为：加拿大航空公司（第 162 位）、Desjardins集团（第 209位）、加拿大国家银行（第283位）、满地可银行（第376位）和雪地摩托车制造商BRP（第 667 位）。
