加拿大北部发现高空飞行物体 杜鲁多：已击落

北美防空司令部（NORAD）周六(11日)表示，在加拿大北部上空发现一个高空飞行物体，总理杜鲁多其后称，该物体已被击落。
《环球新闻》（Global News）同日较早时引述三名消息人士报道，北美防空司令部正监视一或两个高空物体，并不排除是间谍气球。
该篇报道公开后不久，北美防空司令部就证实有关消息，但称当局在区内进行持续而分散的任务，保障北美地区安全，惟没有透露细节，只提到有军机在阿拉斯加及加拿大支援行动。
今次事件正值美国10日在阿拉斯加邻近加拿大边境地区击落另一个高空物体，美国北方司令部周六发表声明，指阿拉斯加国民警卫军等部队正搜索该物体残骸，不过没提到它的细节。
