蒙特利尔平均租金下跌 最贵及最便宜社区在哪里？

liv.rent最近的一份报告显示，蒙特利尔不带家具一卧室公寓的平均租金在11月达到1,555元高峰后，在12月下跌至1,524元。
蒙市租金最高的是市中心，同样类型的公寓平均每月租金1,750元，尽管明显低于多伦多全市平均水平（几个月来一直保持在2,000元以上），但这个价格仍然很高。
值得注意的是，蒙特利尔带家具和不带家具的公寓之间的价格差异比多伦多要小得多。在蒙特利尔，带家具的公寓平均只比不带家具的平均租金贵70元。不过，在多伦多，这一差距接近300元，带家具的一卧室平均租金为2,381元。
如果您正在寻找便宜的住处，Hochelaga-Maisonneuve区仍然是首选，没带家具的一卧室公寓的平均租金为1,231元。
对于带家具的一卧室，不妨试试Villeray-Parc-Extension区，那里的公寓平均月租1,283元。
