前魁省省长莊社理 (Jean Charest，图) 赢得了控诉反贪队(UPAC) 和魁北克政府的官司，魁北克高等法院下令魁省政府将要向他赔偿38.5万元。
前省长莊社理指控政府在UPAC的调查期间非法披露他的个人信息。
在UPAC的Mâchurer调查行动涉及魁北克自由党的融资，事件于2017 泄露给媒体后莊社理对魁北克政府提出了诉讼。
莊社理在这次调查中没有受到指控，他被列为“嫌疑人”，但他认为信息的泄露损害了他的声誉。
