魁省工资明年预计增加4.1% 政府部门涨幅较小

魁北克省人力资源委员会的一份报告显示，魁北克雇主预计明年将提高员工的工资4.1%。这是自 2008 年以来的最高预测。
根据对 2023 年的预测，信息和通信技术部门预计的升幅最多，增长高达4.9%。
该执行董事 Manon Poirier 解释说，主要是劳动力短缺带动工资有这么高的增长。她说，信息技术的人才需求多年来一直很高，而且不仅仅限于大公司。
另一方面，根据相同的预测，市、省和联邦政府的员工明年工资涨幅相对较小，仅有3.1%。
