科罗拉多州的低气压周三(22日)进入加拿大中部，将带来大雪、冻雨和冰粒以及阵风的混乱天气。
加拿大环境与气候变化部已发布多项警告，提醒驾驶者周三晚至周五清晨注意潜在的危险驾驶环境。
蒙特利尔的特殊天气声明指从周三深夜开始，一直持续到周五清晨，可能会有15至20厘米的降雪。
高达 50 公里/小时的阵风也会导致吹雪和飘雪，降低道路的能见度。
与此同时，安大略省南部普遍发布了冻雨警告。从温莎到汉密尔顿的地区将出现数小时的冻雨。可能会积冰 10 到 20 毫米，这可能会导致树枝掉落，并可能导致大面积停电。
渥太华降的雪量也预计高达15至20厘米。
驾驶者被警告要调整驾驶习惯以适应不断变化的路况。
