60年老牌乐器连锁店大规模关店 仅剩蒙特利尔市中心店继续营运

上周申请破产保护的加拿大 60 年老牌乐器连锁店 Steve's Music 宣布，即将关闭渥太华、多伦多和蒙特利尔几乎所有的实体店。
该公司目前的计划是关闭除蒙特利尔市中心 Sainte-Catherine 街旗舰店之外的所有门店。
在 Steve's Music 工作超过 25 年的索维 (Dan Sauvé) 表示，在线上购物的热潮下，已经预计到这一天的来临。
Steve Kirman 于 1965 年在蒙特利尔老城开设了第一家 Steve’s Music 门店。
自 2018 年担任渥太华门店经理的索维表示，公司必须跟上不断演变的市场需求，因此决定将重心转为线上零售。
“ 我们都在音乐行业工作，所以我们知道如何转型，如何适应不断变化的条件。 ” 索维说。
