魁北克拟禁售调味电子烟产品

魁北克卫生部长杜贝(Christian Dube)宣布打算在未来几周内制定禁止销售调味电子烟产品(烟草口味除外)的法规。
此外，魁北克还打算禁止电子烟制造商销售不符合尼古丁浓度（每毫升20毫克），以及对年轻人具吸引力的产品形状和包装。
此外，新规定将限制罐和胶囊的容量为2毫升，并将用于电子烟液体补充容器的最大容量为 30 毫升。
数据显示，年轻人使用电子烟产品的情况正在上升。年轻人的吸烟比例在6年内增加了5倍，从2013年的4%上升到2019年的21%。
该修例建议预计将在 90 天内于省议会提交。
