蒙特利尔周五（ 5 日）的天气很暖和，但将会继续变得更热、更潮湿。加拿大环境部已经对蒙特利尔城市及周边地区发布高温警告，从周六开始，体感气温将达到摄氏 40 度或更高，而且持续到周日。
气象局建议大家尽量留在凉爽的地方及多饮水，以减少中暑和中风的风险。
计划进行户外活动？环境部建议选择在一天中最凉爽的时间安排活动。
