蒙特利尔房租显著上涨 全国排名中游

一项最新数据显示，蒙特利尔的住房租金排名在全国虽然位列中游，但是报告显示价格大幅上涨，一股焦虑情绪正在席卷蒙特利尔租户。
Rentals.ca 和 Urbanation 发布的《全国租金报告》的最新数据显示，在分析全国35 个城市的平均租金中，蒙特利尔的租金在全国排名第 21 位。
目前来说，蒙特利尔一卧室公寓的平均月租为 1,784元，而两卧公寓的平均月租为2,260元，按年增幅分别为14.6%和7.4%。
但蒙特利尔并不是唯一面临租金上升压力的魁省城市。拉瓦尔(Laval)和魁北克市的租金都出现显著上涨。拉瓦尔在榜单上排名27，一卧公寓的平均月租为1,590元，两卧公寓的平均月租为2,004元，这意味着分别按年上涨18.8%和11.5%。
魁北克市排名第 31 位，一卧单位的平均租金为1,216元，两卧单位的月租为1,650元，分别按年上涨4.9%和15.2%。
加拿大各地的平均租金单月上涨1.5%，目前平均租金为$2,149，今年整体上升了11.1%。
一卧公寓面临最显著的租金上涨，今年飙升了15.5%。就各省而言，新斯科细亚省和艾伯塔省在租金上涨方面处于领先地位。
Urbanation 的 Shaun Hildebrand表示，虽然全国租金价格整体上涨，但一些大城市的上升速度可能开始放缓。他说：“大多数大城市9月的租金上涨速度都较近几个月放缓，多伦多尤其如此，当地的租金上涨率率是两年来最缓慢的。”
