魁北克宣布3大措施 率先舒缓大蒙区急诊室挤塞

魁省一些医院急诊室呈现不胜负荷，魁省政府周二（1日）为此宣布三大措施舒缓危机。
卫生部长杜贝（Christian Dubé）周二在新闻发布会甫开始便介绍了他的 20 人危机小组，该小组上周成立，以应对魁北克几家医院挤爆的危机。
杜贝说危机小组已经开过几次会，将会有越来越多的非常短期行动来应付急诊室危机。
由于大蒙特利尔区的情况更为严峻，杜贝周二宣布三项针对该地区的特定措施，至于其他地区在短期内也会实施。
1）为避免不必要病患涌到急诊室，政府鼓励患者先打电话811，以便转介到适合的诊治地方。
2) 将会尽快成立两个执业护士诊所，以便减轻对医生的依赖。
3) 政府将实施数项措施减轻医院病床的需求。例如加强家居护理及在医院外地方开设新病床。
杜贝部长还呼吁医院加强内部的协调。
