La Fontaine隧道今天起关闭半数行车道 明天才开始堵车？

连接蒙特利尔东部及南岸的Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine隧道，周一起（31日）正式关闭6条行车道的3条，但交通在第一天早上异常地顺畅，交通部预计周二将会较为堵塞。
魁省交通部发言人 Gilles Payer表示，周一交通顺畅可能是由于万圣节的关系。
他解释道：“这并不意味着明天（周二）的交通同样顺畅。周一除了有很多远程办公，另外今天是万圣节，不少家长会选择陪伴子女。”
据他估计，交通情况需要两至三周的适应期。
“有些人担心第一天会严重堵车而放弃开车，当他们见到今天的交通畅顺，明天可能会再次开车。”
魁北克警队周一也增加了人手，以迎接La Fontaine隧道部份关闭的第一天到来。
