蒙特利尔7岁女童被撞死拐角 视频显示一小时有44辆车违例转左

去年12月，蒙特利尔一名7岁女童在一起肇事逃逸中丧生，男子马尔科特 (Nicolas Marcotte) 本周在该拐角处拍摄视频，显示一小时内便有44辆车违例转左。
马尔科特表示，他对有这么多驾驶者为避免交通拥堵而非法转入小街感到担忧。
他说，尽管现在禁止汽车从Rouen街左转进入Parthenais街，但是该个位于学校区的拐角仍然和以前一样危险。
禁令是为了制止一些汽车为了避开Jacques Cartier大桥周围的挤塞交通转入小街而造成混乱。
然而，在周四晚繁忙时段的一小时内，马尔科特拍摄了44辆违例左转的汽车。
马尔科特说他经常开车或骑自行车送女儿上学时经过该地区。
此外，他在一所中学旁边的Sherbrooke和 Wurtele街拐角拍摄了另一个视频，也记录了58 辆非法转弯的汽车。
马尔科特认为，问题与 Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine 隧道关闭两年有关，导致更多汽车驶入较小的街道。
蒙特利尔警方表示，他们已将此事提交给附近的警察指挥官。
