加拿大推出首枚20元雪花硬币 形状独特美观

加拿大皇家铸币厂在配合冬季下将推出一款外型独特的新雪花硬币，相信硬币收藏家将不会错过。
这枚硬币被称为“20 元纯银六角形水晶硬币-雪花”($20 Pure Silver Hexagon Coin with Crystal – Snowflake)，设计具有细致的雪花图案和独特形状，是加拿大皇家造币厂首次推出此类设计款式。
硬币上有一个美丽的水晶雪花——准确地说，是一个有六个点的恒星树突。
网站上写道：「硬币的反面设计将光线引导到六个磨砂的蕨类树枝或树臂上，而中心的透明水晶则增添了一丝冬天的光芒。」
艺术家科马雷奇卡 (Don Komarechka) 表示，恒星树突雪花是一种经典，每当人们想到雪花时，脑海中就会浮现出这样的画面。
特别的是，这也是皇家铸币厂有史以来第一枚六角形硬币。
硬币的另一面（正面）向已故的伊丽莎白女王致敬。
该硬币由 99.9% 纯银制成，重32.41克，直径42毫米。售价139.95元。
价格确实相当昂贵，但是仅发行 8,500 枚，预计将非常抢手。民众可以在 加拿大皇家造币厂网站 上购买该硬币，1 月 15 日开始出货。
