蒙特利尔市长：上周支持巴勒斯坦示威被“专业破坏者”占领

蒙特利尔市长普兰特 (Valérie Plante) 周一 (25 日 ) 在新闻发布会说，她认为上周发生的支持巴勒斯坦和反北约抗议活动是「被职业破坏者」占领。
她说上周末在蒙特利尔的示威，出现被称为 Black Bloc 的 “ 煽动者 ” ，这些人通常在抗议活动中制造破坏和砸碎窗户。
普兰特指抗议活动本身是为了表达对巴勒斯坦正在发生的事情的担忧，但是专业破坏者占领了抗议活动。
当记者追问将怎样对待被捕的示威者时，市长表示将依照法律处理，未来几天并可能还会有更多人被捕。 但 普兰特强调说现时没有法例针对蒙面的示威者。
普兰特并谴责一名女性在上周四示威中做出反犹太手势及发表仇恨言论，并表示 Second Cup 咖啡连锁店将她从特许经营权中除名是正确的决定。
市长重申，反犹太主义和仇视伊斯兰教是完全不可接受的，她说有需要保护这些群体。
