蒙特利尔靠近唐人街商场 “新奇手段”吓跑无家可归者

蒙特利尔靠近唐人街的 Complexe Desjardins 商场，使用了一项 “ 新奇手段 ” 吓跑无家可归者。
Desjardins 综合大楼近一年前开始，在大楼地下停车场的楼梯间大声播放着儿歌 “Baby Shark” 。
他们以最大的音量播放这首节奏轻快的儿歌，旨在阻止无家可归者潜伏在楼梯间周围。
Desjardins 综合大楼的发言人杜科特 (Jean-Benoît Turcotti) 证实说，这项措施成功阻止无家可归者进入消防通道。
但是他补充说，他们 “ 不希望采取胁迫行动，而是支持这些弱势群体 ” 。所以有两名社工在 Desjardins 综合大楼工作以帮助无家可归者。
佛罗里达州 West Palm Beach 市在 2019 年也采取了相同的措施。当地整晚都在播放 Baby Shark 和 Raining Tacos 等流行儿歌，以阻止无家可归者在公共场所露宿。
