蒙特利尔亿万富翁性侵案 未成年受害者可能多达100人

魁北克省一名法官周三 (27 日 ) 开始听取针对蒙特利尔亿万富翁米勒 (Robert Miller ，图 ) 的集体诉讼申请的辩论，指控他付费给未成年人获取性服务。
拟议的诉讼将受害人确定为任何 18 岁以下。
集体诉讼申请的代表律师奥伦斯坦 (Jeff Orenstein) 告诉法庭，已有 51 名女性提出指控，但他说实际受害者人数可能高达 100 人。
诉讼称，现年 81 岁的米勒涉嫌在 1994 年至 2006 年期间向未成年人提供现金和礼物以换取性行为。
其中一名原告声称，她与米勒发生性行为时只有 11 岁。
米勒于 2024 年 5 月因 21 项刑事指控被捕，涉及 10 名涉嫌受害者，其中许多是未成年人。所有指控均未在法庭上得到证实。
米勒否认了刑事案件和集体诉讼申请中的指控，该诉讼申请已提交魁北克高等法院审理。
