南岸这个城市明年房产税涨幅 超过蒙特利尔

南岸朗格伊 (Longueuil) 居民在 2025 年的房产税 ( 俗称地税 ) 平均上调幅度为 3.2% ，高于蒙特利尔的 2.2% 。
朗格伊市长福尼尔 (Catherine Fournier ) 表示，为了在 2025 年实现预算平衡，政府决定限制招聘人数在最低水平，并精简部份服务，特别是与活动相关的服务。
福尼尔指出，朗格伊每户平均 3.2% 的涨幅略低于大蒙特利尔地区的 3.5% 平均通胀率。
然而，朗格伊 2025 年的房产税增幅仍高于蒙特利尔的 2.2% 和拉瓦尔 (Laval) 的 1.9% 。
朗格伊市表示， “ 面对依然困难的经济环境 ” ，该市已在预算中额外拨出 2 , 880 万元用于为市民提供服务。
该市将拨款 1.027 亿元用于除雪、道路和公园维护、残余物收集和运输以及供水和下水道系统等服务。
该市还将拨款 4 , 850 万元用于休闲和文化活动，包括体育馆、游泳池和公园等服务。
