无妄之灾！蒙特利尔泰式餐厅节日旺季前被迫关门

圣诞新年佳节是很多餐厅做生意的旺季，但是蒙特利尔一家餐馆因为一起意外而错过了这个赚钱机会。
上周六凌晨 3:30 ，蒙特利尔一辆汽车行驶期间直接撞上了位于 Mile End 区 Bernard 街的 Thaïlande 餐厅。
肇事司机受了轻伤，后来因酒后驾车被捕。
然而，建筑物遭到严重损坏，餐厅因此被迫关门。
餐厅老板 Tom Mecksavanh ( 图 ) 叹道不敢相信有这种意外发生。他希望能够尽快重新营业， “ 如果关门太久，除了很难留住员工，我们也会面临困境。 ”
加拿大餐厅联合会副总裁 Maximilien Roy 指出，节日季节的销售额可占到餐厅年销售额的 25% 。
他说： “ 对于许多经营者来说，圣诞新年是一年中最忙碌的，是决定该年盈利或亏损的关键时候。 ”
Roy 说餐厅生意过了新年后便会下降。
Thaïlande 餐厅于 1995 年情人节开业，老板 Mecksavanh 现時希望能够在餐厅成立 30 周年之际重新开业。
