南岸Brossard男子杀妻及两子案 三项谋杀罪名成立

南岸宝乐莎 (Brossard) 一名男子两年前在家中杀死其妻子及两名幼年儿子案，三重杀人罪名成立。
被告巴卢兹 (Levana Ballouz ，又名 Mohamad Al Ballouz) 被判犯有四项罪名：二级谋杀 38 岁的布西埃雷斯 (Synthia Bussières) 、一级谋杀 5 岁的 Eliam 和 2 岁的 Zac ，以及纵火罪。
陪审团在上周六 (14 日 ) 收到案件的最终指示后，整个周末都在 Longueuil 法院进行审议。
在为期五周的审判中，检察官纳多 (Éric Nadeau) 告诉法庭，巴卢兹在 2022 年 9 月 25 日凌晨刺伤了同样是 38 岁布西埃雷斯 23 刀。纳多说，巴卢兹随后勒死了他的两个孩子，并在家中放火焚烧了一些物品。
据悉被告吞下了洗涤液试图自杀。
消防员接报在浴室里发现了布西埃雷斯的尸体。他们发现孩子们昏迷在床上，躺在巴卢兹的两边。
巴卢兹在没有律师帮助的情况下为自己辩护，并试图指控布西埃雷斯杀害了他们的孩子。
但法医病理学家认为，更合理的解释是布西埃雷斯先于其儿子被杀害。
