大蒙特利尔地区发布天气预警，预计降雪量将达到 10 至 15 厘米。
加拿大环境与气候变化部 (ECCC) 预计，魁北克南部地区周一晚至周二早上将开始降雪，包括蒙特利尔、 Montérégie 、 Lanaudière 、 Laurentians 、 Outaouais 、 Mauricie 、 Centre-du-Québec 和 Eastern Townships 。
ECCC 警告驾驶者要根据不断变化的道路状况调整驾驶方式，他们说： “ 在受影响地区行走或驾驶时要格外小心。如果必须开车，请做好在能见度低驾驶的准备。 ”
当局预计周一的最高气温达到零下 8 度，但由于风寒效应，体感温度将接近零下 19 度。
ECCC 表示，预计降雪将在周二早上结束，转为密雲，間中晴朗。
预计周二气温将稳定在零下 9 度左右，风寒效应接近零下 17 度。
