蒙特利尔结核病病例去年急剧上升

尽管仍然很低，但蒙特利尔活动性结核病的总体发病率在 2024 年急剧上升 —— 从 2010 年至 2023 年期间平均每 121 例上升至约 200 例。
蒙特利尔 2024 年每 10 万人中有 9.4 例，比 2010 年至 2023 年期间平均每 10 万人有 6.1 例增加了 54% 。
大多数结核病病例发生在蒙特利尔、拉瓦尔 (Laval) 、魁北克市，尤其是努纳维克 (Nunavik) ，当地的活动性结核病发病率是魁省其他地区的 200 倍。
结核病主要影响出生或生活在结核病高发国家的人。非洲和亚洲许多国家的结核病发病率远高于北美。
活动性结核病的重要危险因素包括近期接触、复杂的移民根源和贫困。卫生部门表示，与移民过程相关的挑战和压力，例如逃离战乱国家的难民所经历的挑战和压力，可能导致潜伏性结核病活跃起来。
2015 年至 2024 年间，魁省确诊的大多数活动性结核病病例都来自结核病发病率高的国家。抵达加拿大后的头几年，风险尤其高。
