联邦政府突然暂停电动车回扣 震惊所有人

加拿大联邦政府的零排放汽车回扣计画（ iZEV ）原定于 3 月 31 日结束，但交通部表示， “ 有兴趣人数激增 ” 导致可用资金比预期更快耗尽，突然暂停了这项回扣计画。
加拿大电动车协会执行长布雷顿 (Daniel Breton) 表示这项声明令人震惊。
布伦顿说： “ 我接到了经销商和制造商的电话，大家都对此事的突然发生感到震惊。 ”
自 2019 年起，该计划为购买新型轻型电动车的驾驶提供高达 5 千元的回扣。
交通部表示，在公告发布前提交并获得批准的资格申请仍然可以获得补贴。
加拿大交通部称该计划 “ 巨大成功 ” ，并补充说，该计划为超过 546,000 辆电动车提供了回扣。
对中重型汽车给予的补贴将会继续。目前尚不清楚该计划何时恢复。
同时，魁北克的 Roulez vert 补贴计画将于下月暂停。
当该计划于 4 月恢复时 ( 仍未确实 ) ，全电动汽车的补贴将从 7 千元（ 2024 年）减少到 4 千元（ 2025 年），然后再降至 2 千元（ 2026 年），最终在 2027 年完全取消。
