报导指特朗普就任美国总统首天 不会加征关税

据报道，美国新任总统特朗普不会在周一(20日)就职首天向加拿大、中国和墨西哥加征关税。
特朗普于周一宣誓就职，他此前承诺对全球进口商品征收10%的关税，对中国商品征收60%的关税，对加拿大和墨西哥商品征收25%的关税。这些关税可能会扰乱贸易、增加成本并引发报复。
加拿大亦已表示准备好反制措施，并投入13亿元加强边境管制，企图说服特朗普停止上述措施。
报道指特朗普将改为签署行政命令，调查加拿大、墨西哥及中国涉嫌卷入的不公平贸易及货币政策。
白宫已证实，特朗普不会在周一华盛顿就职典礼后，立即向加拿大征收关税。
