蒙特利尔公交局2,400名维修员工投票支持罢工

魁省工会联合会 (CSN) 于周日 (16 日 ) 宣布，蒙特利尔公交局 (STM) 的 2,400 名维修员工投票支持工会罢工，该授权可能会演变为无限期罢工。
CSN 在声明中表示，工人们要求终止分包和私有化，改善工人的工作与生活平衡，并采取措施吸引和留住员工。
蒙特利尔 CSN 运输工会主席 Bruno Jeannotte 表示： “ 我们看到越来越多的人转工，我们面临许多挑战， STM 每天都在运行，维修员工拥有专业知识。 ”
工会表示他们决定增加施压策略，因为他们 “ 感觉不到 STM 有任何向前发展的意愿。 ”
CSN 表示工会与 STM 谈判了近一年，但进展甚微。他們說 STM 提出了多项要求，例如制定不规律的工作时间表和人员调动， ” 。
2,400 名工人属于 STM 公交车和地铁维护服务的机械师和员工。
