魁省85岁杀人犯越狱 迅速在多伦多被捕

一名周一 (24 日 ) 从魁北克监狱越狱的杀人犯，同日在多伦多被捕。
周一中午， 85 岁的维尔切斯 (Ricardo Vilches ，图 ) 在魁省 Archambault 监狱清点囚犯人数时被发现下落不明。
Archambault 监狱是位于魁省 Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines 的一所最低安全水平监狱，距离蒙特利尔以北约 40 公里。
加拿大惩教署 (CSC) 表示，维尔切斯因二级谋杀罪被判终身监禁。
CSC 周一晚上证实，多伦多警方于下午 5:45 左右逮捕了维尔切斯。
多伦多警方发言人拒绝透露他被捕的地点，但表示他被逮捕没有反抗，也没有携带武器。
CSC 表示正在对此事展开调查。
