魁省多个地区洪水泛滥 导致学校停课及房屋疏散

由于魁省多个地区周一 (17 日 ) 受到春季洪水的影响，导致学校停课及房屋疏散。
在距离蒙特利尔东北约 100 公里的 Drummondville 市，由于 Saint-François 河水位上涨，约 300 户家庭需要疏散。
需要疏散的人们被提醒采取措施保护家园，包括关闭煤气和电源、抬起尽可能多的物体、堵住厕所以防止下水道倒灌、密封门窗以防止水进入。
魁省其他地区也受到水位上涨的影响。
在魁北克市南部的 Beauceville ，多条道路被洪水淹没。周日，冰塞导致河水迅速上涨并冲破河岸。
魁省公共安全部长博纳德尔 (François Bonnardel) 表示，在采取预防性疏散措施后，约有十多人被带到庇护所。
他在 X 上表示： “ 公共安全团队将继续保持警惕，并在未来几个小时和几天继续支持市政团队。 ”
与此同时，魁省 Nicolet 市在脸书上表示，由于水处理厂在周日晚上被洪水淹没，整个市（约 8 千人）都断水了。要求居民不要饮用自来水，并限制用水量。
在 Sherbrooke ，市政府官员在监测 Saint-François 河水位时关闭了几条道路，该河水位高达 19 英尺。该处政府敦促司机在被洪水淹没的街道附近行驶时要小心谨慎。
