魁省通过住宅电费加价3%

魁省政府周三 (26 日 ) 通过法令，住宅电费将会维持增幅在 3% ，而不是能源监管局 (Régie de l’énergie) 起初提议的增幅为 3.6% 。
经济、创新和能源部长弗雷谢特 (Christine Fréchette) 表示，工商界用户可能需要弥补差额。
但该部门发言人后来澄清说，工商界用户的电费 “ 不一定 ” 会上涨，由水电局 (Hydro-Quebec) 来承担差额。
能源监管局在 3 月 6 日裁定自 4 月 1 日起住宅电费上涨 3.6% ，但是省长翌日随即反对这项提议。
执政党魁北克未来联盟 (CAQ) 在竞选时曾经承诺将电费涨幅限制在 3% 。
水电局预测， 2025 年的赤字估计为 6 千万元。
