蒙特利尔2月房价涨幅冠全国

统计数据显示，蒙特利尔今年 2 月住房平均售价比 1 月高出 $12,400 ，漲幅冠絕全國。
地产资讯网 Ratehub.ca 在其报告中称： “ 过去几年，在加拿大越来越难置业已经不是秘密，尽管美国关税威胁带来的不确定性已经导致房屋销售下跌了一成，但在关税的形式和持续时间明朗化之前，地产市场的前景仍然难以确定。 ”
而按揭利率和经济环境的进一步调整，将会决定未来住房的可负担性。
报告显示全国两个按月房价升幅最高的城市分别是：蒙特利尔 2 月的住房平均售价比 1 月高出 12,400 元；新斯科舍省首府哈利法克斯为 10,900 元。
唯一出现房价回落的城市是安省的汉密尔顿 (Hamilton) ，按月下调了 6,900 元。
报告也为置业者带来一些好消息，今年 2 月，加拿大人的住房负担能力有改善，主要因为按揭利率下降。在 13 个主要城市中，有 8 个的住房负担能力转好。
