蒙特利尔将展出“永兴隆面厂”逾5千件珍贵藏品

蒙特利尔市政府近日宣布，已正式接收一批来自唐人街标志性面厂及店铺的历史藏品。拥有悠久历史的永兴隆面厂已于去年关闭，其遗留下来的文化资产未来将通过多个博物馆项目向公众展出。
这批藏品共计超过 5,000 件。早在 2022 年，里奥佩尔（ Jean-Philippe Riopel ）共同创立了非营利组织 Objets de mémoire ，致力于抢救并保存该面厂的历史遗物。此次，这批珍贵藏品已正式捐赠予蒙特利尔 “ 蒙市回忆中心 ” （ Centre des mémoires montréalaises ）。

据介绍，这些物品将在未来数年内，陆续通过不同的展览和博物馆项目向公众呈现，旨在保留这一历史地标的文化记忆。永兴隆面厂不仅是蒙特利尔唐人街的重要组成部分，更被视为见证本地移民历史、商业发展及社区生活的重要象征。
永兴隆面厂于 2025 年 11 月正式结业，结束了长达 128 年的经营历史。此前，该面厂所在建筑已先后于 2023 年被魁北克省政府、以及 2024 年被蒙特利尔市政府列为历史遗产建筑，进一步确立了其文化与历史价值。
市政府表示，此次收藏与展示计划，将有助于延续唐人街社区的历史记忆，让更多市民了解这段珍贵的蒙市发展历程。
