未受美国关税影响 蒙特利尔3月住宅销售量上升超过一成

蒙特利尔房地产市场似乎未受到美国关税造成的不稳定的影响，人口普查大都会区 3 月住宅销售量大幅上升。
魁省专业地产经纪协会 (QPAREB) 在其月度报告中表示，蒙特利尔大都会区的住宅销售总量为 4,975 套，上升了 12% 。
然而，该组织称自 2000 年 Centris 开始编制数据以来，上月的交易量仍略低于 3 月的平均水平。
数据显示，普通独立屋销售增加 8% 至 2,546 套；公寓销售增加 15% 至 1,994 套。 QPAREB 的数据还显示，所有类型的房产中位价格也同比上涨，普通独立屋中位价上涨 8% 至 61 万元，
公寓的中位价也上涨 5% 达到 42 万元。
投资房 (plex) 的表现更为亮眼，一套 2 到 5 个单位投资房的中位价格上涨 11% 达到 83 万元，销售量也飙升 17% ，录得 433 套交易量。
