该公司在一份新闻稿中表示，魁北克高等法院已批准将该品牌出售给蒙特利尔 Lamour 集团和 Thread Collective 公司。
该公司表示 Frank and Oak 品牌将继续运营，但其原有的实体公司 UGC Canada Holdings Inc. 预计将申请破产并逐步关闭其业务。
现有库存将被清货出售，同时将继续为加拿大客户提供电商销售。
新的运营公司将研究 Frank and Oak 品牌的未来发展方案，其中可能包括在特定市场或渠道重新推出的机会。
