温哥华汽车撞人事件增至11人死 袭击者有精神病记录

温哥华周六晚 (26 日 ) 发生的汽车撞人事件，死亡人数增至 11 人，据报袭击者患有精神疾病。
当地警方称温哥华菲律宾社区街头节日发生的汽车撞人事件，造成的死亡人数已上升至至少 11 人，数十人受伤，其中一些人情况仍然危殆。
温哥华警方发言人拉伊 (Steve Rai) 在新闻发布会上表示，死亡人数在未来几天可能还会进一步上升。
被拘留的嫌疑人曾经多次因为精神健康问题，与警方和护理人员有过接触。拉伊补充说，这些证据让我们相信这次不是一起恐怖袭击。
警方早些时候宣布逮捕了一名 30 岁温哥华男子，他涉嫌在周六晚上驾驶一辆 SUV 在温哥华南区冲入一条挤满人的街道上。
温哥华星期日举行了一年一度的长跑活动，警方因此提高了防备，现场配备了特别多的警察、消防车等人员，还特别设置大型卡车堵住路口，避免发生有车辆直冲入人群的可能性。
