蒙特利尔去年攻击性犬只举报创纪录

根据蒙特利尔市政府最新报告， 2025 年涉及攻击性犬只的举报数量创下新高。市府全年共开设 586 宗相关个案，较五年前增加 71 宗，显示问题持续上升。
报告指出， 2025 年市民通过 311 热线提交了 293 宗有关攻击性犬只的举报，这是自 2018 至 2019 年以来的最高纪录。此外，警方亦录得 244 宗相关举报，另有 49 宗来自第三方的举报，使总数达到 586 宗举报。
与 2021 年处理的 415 举报个案相比，整体增幅达 41% ，反映出该类事件在近年明显增加。

值得关注的是， 2025 年秋季曾发生一起严重袭击事件，一名女子遭三只攻击性犬只围攻并严重受伤，其中两只犬只随后被警方击毙。
市府市民体验服务署代理主任乌尔（ Stéphanie Houle ）指出： “ 这一事件以及其他类似案例表明，掌握本地犬只数量与分布情况至关重要，从而能够更有效地规划针对犬主的预防与宣传措施。 ”
市府强调，未来将加强对犬只管理的统计与监管，并推动更多公众教育，以减少潜在风险，保障市民安全。
