魁北克省多地洪水肆虐 蒙特利尔区受灾较轻

魁北克省洪水持续肆虐，周一 (20 日 ) 上午全省共记录到 37 起洪水报告。
迄今为止，魁省的 Outaouais 、 Laurentians 和 Lanaudière 地区受灾最为严重。当局将此次洪灾归咎于连日强降雨和积雪融化，而上周晚些时候的暖流加速了这一过程。
Outaouais 区的 Fort-Coulonge 市发生一起重大洪水，当地渥太华河水位持续上涨。
周日晚间，位于渥太华西北约 115 公里处的 Fort-Coulonge 市宣布进入紧急状态，要求居民移走可能被河水冲走的物品，并警告称情况可能进一步恶化。据报道，邻近的 Mansfield-et-Pontefract 市有 70 名居民于周日晚间被命令撤离家园。

蒙特利尔地区受灾较小，仅在 Rivière-des-Prairies 、 Mille-Îles River 以及 Deux-Montagnes 等地出现轻微洪水。
负责安全和防灾工作的蒙特利尔执行委员会成员贝斯（ Dimitrios Jim Beis ）表示，他们预计水位将趋于稳定，并将按照应急预案继续开展行动。
贝斯表示，蒙特利尔部分地区的房屋出现了地表积水，但水并未涌入室内。
